「Cobvenient Nice hotel Will stay again」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「We were given an 'accessible' room for some reason. It was old and in need of refurbishment. I had requested 2 beds but there was just one small double. Very basic. 」

「The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. 」

「Absolutely fabulous, receptionist lovely, cleaners lovely, room was spotless, bed comfy, fast WiFi, nothing to dislike, we are in our 70's and stayed 6 nights, we had 4 previous nights in Travelodge but wished we had stayed the 10 nights there, cannot wait to return, we would highly recommend people to stay there, the lovely girl on reception even took our cases to the room, James in the bar where we signed in was a great guy, loved a bit of banter, thankyou everyone there for such a wonderful...

「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」
