「I did the app check-in which is nice. My only complaint was my room key on my phone did not open my door multiple times. I did go down to the front desk to get a room key. I got a little pushback from the person at the front desk because I didn't have my ID. That was stuck in my hotel room. Thankfully I had my phone so I could show him my reservation. It was a very convenient location for where I needed to be and a quiet hotel. 」

「The front desk staff person was very friendly and efficient. She mentioned to us that the building is only 7 years old. It still looks pretty new. The room was clean. The location is close to a wide variety restaurants, shopping, and gas stations. A supermarket is within walking distance. It is off the major road into Bowling Green from the interstate, so it is a very convenient but quiet location. 」

「one night stay en route from PA to TX. the hotel and room were clean. staff were friendly. before our stay, i called the hotel to confirm our room and found i had booked the wrong room type. they easily changed my room type. there are several restaurants in the area and it's right off the highway.」
