「We loved our stay in this suite. Convenient location located a short walk from downtown main street. Self check in was well documented, however, we did have to assist someone with how to use the pass code entry station. On another occasion we help a guest reset the front door lock when the door would not stay closed. In spite of a few tech issues with coded entry, I personally liked the fact we didn't have to tend to a room key. This is really a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Very quick communication, apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen to cook meals. WiFi very good. Large outside terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers and beautiful flowers. Parking outside apartment. We had a delicious breakfast one morning in the hotel. Francesco and his family are so very kind and helpful and very welcoming. Beach and restaurants are nearby.」

「We were here for one night only, because of a flight early morning the next day. 1. Before getting there, the staff were both responsive and very helpful. 2. Even before we got our room, the staff were amazingly accommodating for luggage storage. 3. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is new and very clean. I very much like the bidet. :) 4. We were leaving early morning the next day - before the breakfast times - and the hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating. I expected just a...
