「Martín nos dio una excelente atención. El departamento está muy bien ubicado. A una calle está la estación de metro para trasladarse a donde sea. Hay súper mercados cerca y el tráfico vía también. Excelente! 」

「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」

「Generally satisfied with services for our 8 nights stay, but surprised on quite of few tour groups check-in , affecting the ambiance of the loony and breakfast area ! 3 days the room cleaning didn’t finish before 3pm .. until we called up upon our return to the room, and surprised the room not cleaned, the housekeeping came as our request! 」

「好：房間位置不錯，設備舒服，人員友善。 失望的地方： 入房時下午3：40到時等了40分鐘 告知是蜜月之旅，結果還被安排在擁擠狹小的房間，窗戶沒有任何景色，反而面向一個鐵制設備，完全不像是5星的服務。我新婚妻本來很期待這間5星飯店，結果滿臉表情都是失望。 向前台要求換到有歌劇院景色房間後，被換到一個面向另外一個建築的房間，還是沒有甚麼景色，不過至少比較寬敞。 退房時發現有另外一個經理email通知我們可以換到更好的房間，但那時已經太晚了。 若能在第一晚就提供，會讓人感覺是貼心的五星服務。 當初選擇這個相對昂貴飯店就是因為景色和服務，結果兩個都沒有。」
