「This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.」

「Leonardo Smart Hotel (stay in Vienna) was great. The facility is very new - so new the airport information wasn’t familiar with them. They are just a short hop from the Airport Bus (24/7) loop, which stops just a few short steps to entry. Comfy rooms are just the beginning. Staff were very helpful and this was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight. The price is great too, so might be worth it if you intend to be sightseeing around Vienna all day and just need a good bed and...

「Great location on the edge of downtown Melk so out of heavy traffic. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and enough to kickoff the day. Room as expected and due to high temperatures (>95°F), they had a cooling fan as well explained how to use the awnings to aid in cooling. Can't acknowledge that the staff was superb and attentive. Worth a visit」

「If you're looking for a place to relax, spread out, and enjoy hotel comforts, keep looking. The room was so small that opening a suitcase felt like a real estate transaction. Closet space was practically nonexistent, and the bed seemed specifically designed for people who miss sleeping on a park bench. Housekeeping appears to operate on a "find yourself" basis, so don't expect much in the way of room service or regular cleaning. The breakfast deserves special recognition—not for quality, but...

「Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm.」
