Very warm welcome, reception and dining room staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were both good. Excellent location to Melk Abbey. Only a two block walk to a small shopping centre with a grocery store and pharmacy.

If the point of your visit to Melk is the Melk Abbey, then you can’t beat this location 300 ft and a climb up some steps and you are there.

Good hotel location with parking.

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel room was fine with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was average. I can hear people through the walls so it's not great for light sleepers. The location is excellent and lots of free parking.
