「Perfect service and great location 」

「Approx 5 minute walk to underground station and then only 10 minutes into the centre of Vienna. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Plaza. 」

「The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. 「I went for a family trip and lived in this hotel. The slim and blond girl-receptionist (sorry for forgetting her name) who provided excellent service which was full of caring and warmth, and the superb services provided by Mr. Alejandra(may be I spelled wrongly) and Mr. Alexander Litz during breakfast times made me feel like home and being a friend of them! Last but not least, the cleaningness of my hotel room and the unforgettable breakfasts made me determined to stay again when I am back to...

「We had the Mozart Suite which was a lovely size room! The hotel was clean tidy, great location for the Transport Network, close to the centre and local Xmas Markets! The hotel bar was cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful and would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again.」
