It is an average hotel. When we arrived on Saturday, sink was not draining, and tv cable was missing. They connected two single bed together without properly tigh them together. It took until Monday to fix them. Otherwise, staffs were very friendly.

Location is very good, with easy access of conventions centers, tram station to city center or shopping center, and bus stop to airport. Room is clean and morning buffet is appropriate. Certainly recommended for all visitors to Vienna for sight seeing, academic meeting, or shopping.

clean and tidy hotel near Vienna International Center. Was here before and would come again in the future. Supermarket, convenience store (in the gasoline station), asian market is within the walking distance, and a huge shopping mall is just one metro stop away. Easy access to the center of Vienna via metro line U1. One sorry point I found out this time - sometimes I found a bath floor towel wet after the house keeping -- very weird and didn't like it. Hope it never happen again.

Merit: close to the conference center. Others: no comfortable chair in the double room. Noise and traffic emissions coming into the room. You can hear noise well and smell the traffic pollutants. Breakfast is ok. But it is not good at all. No restaurants within 20 min by walk.

The NH Danube City hotel was so convenient for the Vienna Convention Centre, about a seven minute walk from the Alte Donau stop, where you can buy a week’s travel card from a machine or online. The hotel also has an airport bus stop right outside, which is so convenient as well. There’s a grocery store a few doors away, useful for in-room supplies but also gifts, and there’s a McDonalds a bit further along. There’s free fruit in the lobby. Our booking didn’t include free breakfast, but we did treat ourself our first morning. The desk staff were really helpful & the hotel has wifi. Great place to stay!
