Amauris A truly fantastic hotel. It is a genuine luxury boutique property, with only a few rooms, which makes the experience much more personalized and exclusive. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the building itself has great charm: it’s historic, yet fully renovated and decorated in a contemporary and elegant style. The Amauris stands out among the others… their service is the best service we had received in any hotel globally. Special thank you to Pia who went over and beyond for us… absolute rock star! Our stay was excellent. Great location that was walkable to a variety of restaurants and many of Vienna’s top attractions (minutes from the concert hall and the opera house). We had a comfortable, well-appointed and nicely designed room. Informative, friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and many recommendations that were spot-on. Would definitely stay there again.
