The staff was AWESOME. My only reservations about our stay relate to the lack of a view from what was supposed to be a view room. The room itself was first rate. Also the two restaurants at the hotel were decent but not spectacular.

The staff is very attentive and they do care very much about your stay and your experience at the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Though we had some issues early with a humming from our AC unit, it was attended to immediately.
