"Front desk staff Alexander was helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived too early to check in. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room. Tablet provided in room had useful information, in room climate control worked well and was please that a could open the window for fresh air. The hotel is across from Vienna Central station which was very convenient. Enjoyed the stay overall "

"My family enjoyed staying at this apartment hotel on a one-week family visit in Vienna. We used to stay at a hotel on the other side of Mariahilfer Straße, across the street from the McDonalds. That hotel was already fully booked so we look for alternatives and found this Hotel. The room we had was huge, maybe 60 sqm with a kitchen and bathroom separating two bedrooms. The place is not fancy or anything but clean and generally pleasant to stay at. There is no AC. And no gym. This keeps the rates low, it seems. Would recommend for an extended stay. "

"The hotel was nice. The staff were great. However, it’s not what I expected. I thought it would be more towards the city center, whereas it was a totally different neighborhood and for myself there really wasn’t much for me to do. I was a little disappointed in that part."
