「Very good location, right above the Oedo Line, 20min taxi ride from Haneda Airport. Hotel staffs are professional and helpful, will stay again for my next Tokyo trip! 」

「Grand hotel with Beautiful garden. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the stay very much. Need to walk uphill from the nearby Metro station to the hotel, could be good exercise in nice weather.」

「The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. The theme of the room is also not Japanese enough, for which I cannot tell any visible...

「This is my third stay with Peninsula Tokyo. Perfect experience. I like its convenient location both to the commercial malls and the palace garden. It's just a 30-minute walk to the Tokyo station where I could reach out to everywhere.」

「Excellent service overall with everything close by. The size of the room is agreeable as it is because it’s Tokyo! The decor is modern with superb cleanliness standard. Breakfast were served in good portion and varieties. The only complain is the toilet needs extra ventilation for no matter how I sanitised and wiped with alcohol it still smells like concentrated piss」
