The hotel is beautiful, as are the gardens in between the prince hotels. Proximity to a Shinkansen station was very helpful. We were only there for a night so we didn’t get to use the spa or other amenities, however the restaurant had great food. Also, the seven eleven on the main floor is very convenient!

We (family of 4) stayed at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa for one night and the experience was beyond expectation. The room is spacious with renovated bathroom (Please update the photos of the bathroom in the room showcase page). Everything is clean and spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast even though the selection should have more variety for a 5-star hotel. The garden attached to the hotel is a nice spot to stroll and around.

We had a wonderful stay! The station is just a short walk away, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was very kind. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay! Essentially located and near a very large public transportation hub that allow us to link up to the rest of the city as well as traveling outside of Tokyo. The grounds were beautiful and the ambience was incredible!! Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean hotel, well maintained and location was great near Shinagawa Subway which made it very handy to move around. The back of the hotel has a beautiful garden and well maintained.

Very clean hotel, beautiful garden, little bit dated but that was known before booking. Would have been nice to have a coffee or water station in the lobby for refreshments. A shuttle to and from the Shinagawa train station would have been a nice to have but it wasn’t 100% necessary. There’s a little hill to climb to get to the hotel. Overall great experience but lacking some small things that would otherwise have been 5 stars.

Overall, we had a good stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I got lost nearby and needed assistance bringing my daughter back to the hotel. The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved
