"I loved my stay here. Staff made it easy to check in. WiFi works super well. They bring fresh towels and leave them on your door everyday. Plenty of things to do in the area."
"Very small room. One we had required stepping up around 5 inches into the washroom which was annoying. Aside from the size, the room itself was quiet and comfortable. We used the coin operated washer and dryer in the hotel and the outcome was not good. Laundry did not smell cleaned as there was no laundry detergent smell.
One bright spot is the airport limousine goes straight to the hotel and took about an hour. Downside is when returning Narita we were quoted it would take 2.5 hours."
"The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, which made the trip more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience."
"Great location, the hotel still has it's cool vibe and food amenities, though could benefit from more washing machines as there are only five which were in demand.
Very clean room and stunning views, all the rooms are from the 20th floor upwards.
If you are on the side where the train line is though you are likely to hear them so earplugs might be needed"
