「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Fridge was noisy buzzing all night long - so we couldn't sleep. We complained in the reception the next morning. They sent a technician who didn't fix it proberbly. So we just turned it off for the rest of our stay. Didn't have anything cold to drink then. We should've had a new room/ apartment insteed of this but we didn't want to complain anymore. 「Luxus pur. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Mega Upgrade erhalten - vom Zimmer zu einem doppelstöckigen Gartenhouse mit Terrasse und Balkon. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, auf Wunsch wird man auch mit einem Golfwagen angeholt und zum Restaurant/Pool/Strand gefahren. Obwohl alles in 1 min erreichbar ist. Wasser klar, Strand phänomenal, alle möglichen Wassersportarten möglich. Generell top! Aber hat seinen Preis. Drink ab 30.-, Abendessen ab 200.- und Weinflasche ab 1500.- aber es lohnt sich!! 」

「The grounds were beautiful and the staff went out of their way to help you, but our room was freezing cold the entire time. We were told that it was because the resort had switched from heating to cooling, which I get, but that didn't keep me warm at night while my wife and I huddled under 2 blankets 」

「Fantastic hotel, wonderful welcome with a glass of Prosecco, we were taken to our room which was perfectly appointed, beautiful outside furniture, lovely pool but a bit chilly! Breakfast was served morning in the main restaurant, every thing you could want. Lunch was great and the dinner in the main restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely be back, so relaxing! 」

「This was an outstanding five star hotel, but the one thing that irked me was that every time I asked for water I was looked at as if it were an odd request. We stayed for a few nights and every morning, one 75 cL bottle of water was in the room. For two people, that is 1/6th of the amount of water a standard person should drink in a day, someone like an athlete probably more. Not to mention that you’re in and out of saunas and what not, and anyone in that situation needs to replenish water. The...

「Nice hotel with lovely pool area and views over the harbour. The walk in to town is not very pleasant and so you need a car to access town and surrounding areas so consider this in your planning. We only had the breakfast in the hotel which was excellent. We also did the hotel organised boat trip on Dolce Vita which was outstanding and I highly recommend. Overall the hotel is a bit run down in the common areas etc but the pool area is lovely. 」

「This was a perfect weekend stay by the side of Bonifacio marina. Convinient location to explore old town with the citadellle and private parking makes trips to the beaches easy. 」

「A good team of hard working ladies kept the place clean. Beach however had a rather coarse sand pebbles and rocks mixed with vegetal debris in parts of it. Water was far from a blue flag since hundreds of boats, some of them absurdly huge, steamed in and out eventually anchoring in front of the hotel to entertain clients. 2 nights we had probably drunken yachtpeople karaoke until 1am as they were anchored near us. 「This property is very well located with superb views of the see and coast line. It is very clean and well kept. The restaurant is nicely laid out with an amazing view from most of the tables, inside and on its outside terrasse. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are spacious and very well cleaned twice every day. The pool area, although small, is wonderful and also has amazing views.
