「This property did not meet expectations based on the listing. The unit is advertised as sleeping seven guests and offering BBQ access, but neither was accurate during our stay. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. 「The owner did not provide enough of the necessary items for a condo. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of days booked. Washer and dryer did not worker properly. I sent request to fix but never showed up. Owner was very rude. We as always have left the property on time and cleaned the entire unit. I would never book here again my worst experience out of the 3 times I have been in Orlando. I think there are way better options and more affordable around Orlando.」

「The rooms were a bit dusty and the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner」

「Rooms were clean but blankets had stains on them. Almost looked like dried blood or something dark of the nature. Shower was not clean, black mold was present in a couple spots, shower head did not appear to be clean either. Pool and slides and lazy river were nice. Parking was decent. Easy to locate. Easy to enter premises. Couches were small and uncomfortable. But we made the best of it. 」

「This place was great. We stayed here for 6 nights in Jan 2026. Family of 4. We were able to check in a couple hours early - thank you Wonder Vacations team. The place is spacious and airy and was prepared very well for our arrival: everything was clean and tidy. It is newly renovated condo with updated bathrooms and modern furniture.
