「Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful.
