「Great first visit. We had our dog with us, the staff looked after him so well and the hotel accommodates dogs the same way it does its guests. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again. We loved it!」

「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help...
