"The location was great. The rooms smelled musty and the water in shower dripped all night. The shower floor was flat and the entire bathroom got wet when you took a shower. The gift shop employee was rude, on his phone the whole time and didn’t greet or talk to customers. I asked a question and he looked annoyed and he had AirPods in. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere truly gives you that charming Italian vibe, making the whole experience feel like a mini escape to Europe. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the entire property was spotless. We especially loved the peaceful walkways, the stunning architecture, and the cozy evening lighting—it creates such a relaxing and romantic ambiance. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for both relaxing and enjoying time with family. Everything was well organized and never felt overcrowded. What really made our stay special was the overall experience—the attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the way everything just felt easy and enjoyable. It’s a perfect place for a family getaway, a couple’s retreat, or simply to unwind and recharge. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"
