"They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal"

"When I booked I didn’t realize that I would have to fill out more forms and contracts through a 3rd party before we could stay. Then I had to download an app so that we could enter the house with the phone. It was confusing and a little aggravating arriving at night trying to figure out how to get into the house.
