Douglass 4 Stars Hotels

Great hotel with excellent staff

Everything was excellent minus the fire alarm that went off in the whole building at 9am. Staff ensured everything was fine, but my partner was locked out of our room for 5-10min as she exited the room when building alarm went off. I can give a pass this time since the rest of the stay was excellent!

We stay at Cambria whenever we want to do an overnight downtown. It’s not right in the middle of the action downtown, which we like, but close enough to take an affordable uber. The decor is stunning, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, and it’s very clean. The only things I would recommend is getting a better brand of bottled water for the rooms, and also having something in the rooms that gives more info on everything the hotel has to offer, like the restaurants, bars,...

Great hotel and service. Should be bar service all day and coffee service in lobby in the mornings.

Staff was excellent. The decor was a little tired but our room was huge and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Bar was great and the bartender, Rita, made great drinks. Great rates, great service, safe and a lovely hotel.

The is property was very unique and is an old fire station. The Apparatus Room for brunch was convenient and delicious, highly recommend the chicken and waffles!

Had a great stay. Won some money. FYI. If you stay. Definitely have valet park your vehicle. It is a long walk to the parking garage from motel room. Definitely will be back. Don’t touch the drinks n your mini fridge unless you want to pay for them. I mean DONT touch them. lol.

Hotel staff was very friendly at the front desk during check-in. There was a long line but moved quickly. There was a discrepancy with my total stay and was immediately fixed by the nice lady that checked us in. Room was very clean. Nice view of the city. Offered shuttle service to an from Little Caesars Arena.

Great service beautiful rooms!

Room 2513 has bed bugs. I picked three off on my last morning there.

Nothing unique just a nice hotel to stay in and convenient to Little Ceasar's Arena.

The only thing I'd add to rooms are coffee makers, but the coffee in the lobby is great! I stay here Everytime I go to Detroit

We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt as though we were staying in a museum. Authentic artwork, most of which was for sale, adorns all of the walls. The staff were very helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and nicely appointed with comfortable furniture. We definitely recommend!

Was travelling to Detroit and booked my hotel at the Dearborn Inn on expedia.com and proceeded to the hotel. Check in staff was polite, courteous and asked if I wanted to stay in one of the historical replica homes that they have on the property for a small fee (like really small!) I said "why not?" and I wound up staying in the replica of the Walt Whitman house. It was a really neat experience and, while the room was based on the Whitman house, it had modern features such as flat screen TV...

Great place. Great location. Won't be disappointed!

I went fr a Chris Brown concert it was clean the staff was nice the cookies was warm and delicious I would recommend staying here
