「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「Had some initial frustration with the WiFi being out, but eventually got it resolved. It was an AT&T issue so the property managers had no control. Our unit was perfect for what we needed. The resort itself has a lot of amenities, many of which require driving. The fitness center at the main lobby doesn’t open until 8am which is inconvenient for someone who likes a morning workout, however the one by the grande hotel opens early. Be sure to get the wristbands as soon as you can so you can access...
