This resort was beautiful! The pool area was amazing! Very large and lots of places to lounge. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk from our condo to the pool area was about 10 minuties, though you could drive and park at the pool if you wanted.

I booked a weeklong stay at one of the villas here, for a family of six. It was a very competitive price compared to the hotels I looked at in the area, and included four bedrooms! There were no additional fees, like for parking, which I appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The added privacy and sleep quality helped us enjoy our vacation. Our kitchen was modern, including the appliances. The style of the rest of the place feels a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well for us. The clubhouse wasn't a comfortable walk from our villa, so we had to drive, but there was always available parking. We found the pools, waterslide and lazy river quite nice, and not at all crowded while we were there. I watched a SpaceX launch from the lazy river. The pool shop was of value, and not expensive. My kids enjoyed the arcade, but some of the games are in need of maintenance. We didn't try the restaurant, as there were options nearby, including the supermarket next door (handy!). The office staff were responsive and helpful in our case, even after our flight got delayed and we arrived around 1:00 am. The villa itself was cared for by a separate property management company, who didn't respond to my one call. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here more than the typical hotel for a family vacation. It was quiet, private and slow paced. I could cook, and drive my SUV right up to my door. I'd recommend it to the beleaguered parent on vacation.

The room was bigger than expected, the whole property was nice. A little run down but there is no way we could have gotten the same amenities for that price anywhere else! My only complaint was ants in the kitchen. I didn’t bother maintenance, just handled it ourselves. Everyone was friendly and my kids loved the arcade & indoor play area. It was very cold on our trip so we were sad that we didn’t get to use the pool.

This is my 2nd stay with this property; last October and this Feb. I rented two 3 bedroom units this time for a trip with 3 other couples. Very nice place and you can’t beat the price for the amount of space. Only 3 concerns. We found 4 live roaches in the bathrooms of one unit. They sent somebody to spray the next day which was appreciated since they had no additional units to give us. Ice maker broken in one unit. You aren’t allowed to turn the air below 72 degrees. We like a cool house so It can get pretty hot in there. If you turn it below that, they charge you 150.00 If it freezes up. All said, it was a great trip and nice place.

It was so hard to reach anyone on the phone. The ammenities are really far away from the townhouse. There was a strong sulfer smell when we arrived.. The size was good, but it seemed like we were a long ways out from everything. It was an "okay" stay.

The rooms and bathrooms weren't as clean as I would have liked. I try to extend some grace because I understand how hard it is cleaning after people. The staff is AMAZING, I really like how someone is there 24/7 to assist you and they ALWAYS extend a helping hand with big smile. Overall I wouls recommend staying here, we came on July of 2025 and decided to come back for Christmas in 2025.
