「The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said...

「We did not park at the 3rd night, but the staff insist on charging of the day. We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved」

「我们在这里住了7个晚上， 在同价位的酒店，HolidayInn Express 显然是性价比超高的！ 首先： 房间， 我们住在41楼，海景房和城景房都有很不错View。床和枕头都很舒服，卫生间明亮整洁，服务员会每天来打扫房间，更换毛巾！非常好！ 早餐：早餐品种和同等价位的酒店相比算是很丰富的啦！如果水果蔬菜可以再多一点就更好啦！ 位置和周边环境：这一点可以给5星！酒店对面就是一个漂亮的大公园，穿过公园就是漂亮Waikiki沙滩！沿街步行可到热闹的商业街，美食、shopping 应有尽有！ 服务人员：前台的Mark， 餐厅的服务员，平时楼层的工作人员都很nice，特别是圣诞节期间，住客很多，他们的工作压力很大，但他们个个都面带微笑，很友好！ 总之，我会推荐给我的朋友！ 感谢Holiday Inn Express给了我们一个愉快的假期！」

「Turns out there was breakfast, There is no breakfast! The hotel was under renovation without notice. Didn’t tell me that three was a parking fee! I’m very disappointed with this trip. Why so much extra money?」

「This is the worst we've ever had. Sleep and wake up in the middle of the night. Because the hotel alarm went off. We have to walk out at 1:00 p.m. We need kids. This is very bad. We will not book in this hotel next time and will not trust this platform again」

「It is at a very convenient location, with Red Lobster across the street and a ABC store at the corner. The bus stop is within 5 minutes' walk. The Ala Moana shopping center and beach is also within walking distance. This is a very convenient location. 」

「Overall it was a Nice Embassy Suites … my only complaints are … too much hair in bathroom.., And cost for parking $35… The suite’s cleanliness was decent but I would recommend staff take time to vacuum and wipe out shower Breakfast was good」
