"The staff was extremely helpful "

"The room smelled moldy. Sewer smell throughout property. Also sewer smell coming out of room vent every night. Outside noise from cars and people in street at night. Hotel looks run down. Good location is the only plus. "

"We originally booked partial ocean view but we got upgraded to a full ocean view at check in. The hotel is not even on the beach so “full ocean view” was the view of beach front hotels. The pictures on the website are very misleading, the only reason I even paid extra for the partial ocean view was because of those pictures. Other than that, stuff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and located in the heart of Waikiki. "
