「Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room.」

「Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back.」

「We were worried about this hotel being a bit out of the way but we were so wrong - it’s in a great location, walkable to the key areas of Verona. The staff were always super friendly and quickly assisted with any queries. Breakfast was nice every day, albeit same each day. The room was a good size and had everything we needed, nice and clean. We didn’t find the bed/pillows particularly comfortable but that’s likely a personal taste matter and not issues with the provision. The hotel was...
