"Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. I asked the front desk to intervene but nothing changed (not to mention there were no phones in the room, so I had to call on my cell). Know what you’re getting yourself into if you stay...

"I was in 307, the door was bent in at the top and the bottom as if someone had tried to break in, and the door could be pushed open even though it is locked. The sink had no hot water and the stopper is missing. The cleaning staff only serviced our room 2 out of 5 days. Most nights I had to get fresh towels and toilet paper from the front desk. The room over all was clean. "

"Fantastic outdoor area, plenty of parking. The house lay-out is very family friendly with allowing for multi-family occupancy without feeling cramped. Really clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Working with the owner was top notch such a great experience. "
