"The sofa bed had chips on it but they gave us clean linen. We had to clean up the chips. The carpet needs renewing. The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. "

"The desk staff were probably the best of any hotel I've ever been at. We had some issue with noisy children in the adjoining room on our first night and I called down and the person at the desk took care of it and the noise stopped minutes later. When it started again in the morning I went down to the front desk and without question, and a gracious smile, we were offered a new room that was quite quiet. For the price, this was a great stay. For triple the price, I would have wanted a hotel that had more sound proof rooms, a smart TV, and a working pool (it was out of order). Otherwise, everything else was great. "
