「I paid £205.00 for a room with a view. We got the view however the hotel was quite disgusting. Upon arrival you see a scruffy mobile home on concrete blocks and on the other side of the hotel it looks like a self build shed in a very bad state of disrepair. The hotel is so run down with repairs needed and filth everywhere. Our bathroom had a large jacuzzi bath but none of us would get in it and the jacuzzi did not work. 「We arrived at this hotel 29/07, upon arrival the receptionist was sitting down on a chair a fair distance away from the desk and didn't stand up. Checked us in. No pleasantries. She did not let us know when breakfast was, wifi details or what time we had to check out in the morning. We had to find this information online. We checked into room 241 and the heat within the room was horrific. We asked for a fan and thankfully maintenance was very helpful. However, the room could do with a revamp it...
