「Your staff make this a 5 star experience. Your leadership team appears to also work hard and people enjoy their colleagues and work (from what I could see). The very minor concerns (DJ blasting at volumes over 90 decibels at the pool: bring earplugs and you’ll be fine!) the mildew smell when air conditioning running (turn it off when you’re in your room it never got too warm) I would recommend this place 」

「We liked the location, on the waterfront, at the north end of the malecon. We like the older style of the hotel, which started operating 70 years ago. 」

「Everything is wonderful except the room on the second floor north was on the level of the roof below. But I bought a cheap room. Just no view. Avoid if you can. 」

「They need to get one kind of deal with cabs or taxis in order to go and visit places around the resort, like the towns or villages. The transportation around the resort is expensive and we can’t spend to much money for going around the resort.」

「The location is great with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops and events. The hotel itself is great but needs a bit of renovation to make it more modern and plumbing needs to be improved as the toilet easily clogs up. But overall it was a great stay.」

「Bad service. I did not live in the hotel for 2 nights, but they charge me 2 nights cleaning fee for no reason. If you don't want to pay the extra fee they won't let you to checkin.」
