「Room was nice but took a long way from the pool area. I specifically asked to be by the pool as I was traveling with small children. I was given a room far away in the same building with lots of stair. No access for a stroller. It was tough carrying a baby in a car seat along with everything we needed at the pool. Not one person at the resort put any thought into the room we stayed in. Requested a crib, it was left upstairs and we had to bring it down ourselves. I'm a 58 year grandmother...
