「Staff, let us check in early」

「A new hotel that was clean and had VERY friendly staff! We went biking each day and kept the bikes in the stairwell rack. (I noticed there was a bike/ski room, but our key wouldn't work on that, the rack was just fine so I didn't ask for something different) The room had nice linens, great coffee/hot water, and good lighting. The only thing I really missed was a microwave for a quick reheat of leftovers. We will stay again!」

「Very nice breakfast in a quaint barn room. Would have been nice to have drapes that better darkened the room, but overall a nice room. Location is convenient to all the Conway attractions but far enough away to be quiet.」

「Room was clean, quiet and had a kitchen area. The resort is right in town and great to walk to area stores and attractions.」

「Beautiful inn with common areas to enjoy. Our room had a gas fireplace and trundle bed as well as the queen bed. Plenty of space to spread out. Breakfast was made to order. Truly enjoyed our stay.」

「Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress. Thanks!」
