Our stay was welcomed by friendly staff. We had a Mountain View room which was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again for future trips to North Conway.

The staff was very friendly, animal lovers. They had dog treats for the pups. Nice property. Rooms were fine but old, bed not the most comfortable. Unfortunately I booked this place specifically for the hot tub, which is apparently completely out of service (burst pipe) even though it is listed, and then I was charged an unexpected $20 “resort fee” on top of it. My room smelled strongly of marijuana when I arrived. Breakfast was good.

This was a very last minute decision to stay here to escape the heat of our camping trip. Not only did they have the availability, they also allowed us and our dogs to get an early check in. The staff was so accommodating and friendly.

The staff was courteous. There was no lighting between the parking lot and the check in desk. A far walk in the icy darkness. The hotel is old, dated, in need of upgrades and dirty. The picture of my room showed a Mountain View, but there is none. The towels are old, thin and scratchy. The furniture is all cheap quality, damaged from many years of vacuuming. There is no towel hanger by the sink. The temperature was set at 60 degrees when I got in the room and it’s 20 degrees outside. Very cold in the room. Took an hour to get warm. Obviously a struggling old property. Not recommended for the price. Many better hotels in the area for less money. Used to live in town for 22 years, but had never stayed here. Thought I’d give it a try. That was a mistake.

Fox ridge resort combined the 1960s ambiance of a resort in the Poconos or Catskills with beautiful views, mini golf, 8-ft. Deep pools and shuffleboard with modern amenities such as nice rooms, room AC, and many outlets. Absolutely loved the place!
