「The accommodations were quite acceptable but it was the receptionist Chantelle who made our stay extraordinary. She greeted us upon our arrival and on her own upgraded our room to an ocean view. Whenever we needed something or was just passing she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return again. When she realized it was our anniversary, she rushed to get us some chocolate candy as a gift.」

「Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!」

「Terrific, newer hotel in the downtown Newport area. Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms with an easy walk tomeverything Newport has to offer. Rooms are large and the ones overlooking the harbor provide amazing sunset views. Staff was super friendly as well, especially the valets. Highly recommend the hotel winning in hotel when in Newport.」

「Great stay Need more heat in space where pool is during winter! Front staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff all excellent and friendly. Quiet the majority of the time. Desk chair broken by another resident but was replaced. Great stay! Very clean! And hallway deodorizer was wonderful.」
