「Convenient location with free parking just outside the hotel. Minutes drive to downtown. Friendly staff & overall room facilities have been ok. Shower water pressure is quite weak. Hygiene needs improving, dirt marked bed sheets, towels & multiple insects crawling in the room.」

「My husband and I stayed here on a weekend while we were visiting our Queen's student daughter. It was very conveniently located a block away from her flat. Its advertised EV chargers were not yet working, which disappointed us as we wanted to charge our vehicle overnight. The front staff didn't explain what amenities were on offer or what time check-out was. The doors to the elevators up to the rooms moved very slowly. Our room was OK.
