Colin & Peter are excellent hosts. We felt welcome and right at home from the moment we walked in the door! Breakfasts were amazing! Loved all three that we had. The daily check-ins on our plans for the day were helpful and much appreciated! We would highly recommend you stay here while in the Gananoque area!

Peter and Colin are great hosts. Peter offered to pick me up at the train station. Colun made superb, home-made breakfast every day with a twist to it. They run their B&B as if the guests were their friends, they are si hospitable.

The hosts Colin and Peter were absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived to us leaving nothing was too much trouble the property is immaculate inside and out the decor is amazing our room was exactly as described very roomy and a large en-suite bathroom the breakfast is amazing an easy walk to the marina and local restaurants, we loved our stay would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here with our kids. The hosts were lovely and made gluten-free breakfasts for me, and we could walk everywhere and found some great restaurants. The two-queen suite was spacious and perfect for us.

Everything about our stay at Seaway was excellent starting with our early check in to the warm and informative welcome from Peter, to the amazing breakfasts by Colin and to the spotless and very attractive manor. This was our 3rd visit and it is easily the finest bed and breakfast we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms, toiletries and exceptional breakfast make the an easy 5star accommodation. The hosts are helpful with recommendations and even assisted in dining reservations.

Wonderful stay

The hosts, Colin and Peter, are very welcoming. Breakfast was prepared individually for all guests and allowed for substitutions for allergies etc. They are very helpful in suggesting things to do and where to eat in Gananoque.

We had a very nice time at Colin and Peter’s place. The breakfast was delicious, and Colin cooked the same breakfast but with home made gluten free items for my celiac partner, it felt very safe and as good as my « regular » breakfast.
