Everything was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. Restaurant has excellent food . The only thing I would recommend is taking carpets out of the rooms. The staff were amazing and answered all our questions.

This is an older but well maintained property, and the riverview rooms are absolutely stunning views of the St. Lawrence. We were lucky enough to get a room with almost direct access to the outdoor pool, which is very well maintained as well. The main dining room is a good option and has a kids menu. Staff are all friendly and kind. Our family especially loved the games room, with pool. air hockey, ping pong, ring toss and shuffleboard.

Front desk staff were great ~ even shared a good laugh about an inside joke. The room was lovely ~ clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the AC which was running when I entered the room .. I greatly appreciated that as it was the middle of August and a dreadfully hot and humid weekend, nearing 40 degrees. My waterfront view was perfect ~ overlooked the lake, docks and pool. I only wish I had booked more time for dining, lazing around the pool going out on the lake... oh well next time as I would most definitely stay at The Glen House Resort again and again. Amazing seafront location, quiet, beautiful scenery, spacious rooms, private patios with flowers, trees, squirrels. Outdated infrastructure (buildings, furniture, maintenance), slow/intermittent WiFi only. Some front desk staff could have had a more service-oriented (friendly, helpful, prompt) attitude; others made up for it later. Lots of rules signage that emphasizes restrictions versus friendly guidance. Wonderful kayaking; ok pools (a bit chilly but ok after hot tub). Gym opening hours could be earlier; several machines were out of service.
