「The staff were very friendly and helpful, and greeted me cheerily each time I passed the front desk. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within a 7-minute drive to the main shopping areas and several restaurants, and close to Highway 401 but far enough from the heavy traffic that it wasn't noisy.」

「We were shown into a room with terrible conditions. Everywhere was dusty and there was a terrible stench all over the place. There were several visible stains on the sheets, pillowcases and the mattress. When we informed the staff, it was like they're offended! They took us to another room upstairs. 「Pro’s - The room we stayed in was clean and bug free. There was lots of parking. The property backed on to the water. The staff (we only saw 2 workers) were moderately friendly. Con’s - property and rooms were very dated and not well maintained. A few things were broken (TV remote and juice machine). 「Excellent made to order breakfast; many options in the bar for dinner. beautiful surroundings; wish it wasn't raining so we could have walked around the property. Staff was extremely helpful. we had a bit of trouble finding it, as our nav system sent us on a wild goose chase. The lady at check-in was very apologetic, really not her fault. Would stay there again. we had an issue with the TV and the shower, but nothing that would stop us from recommending it.」

「Not so great options for the breakfast. Not everybody eats HAM/pork. No option for chicken or turkey sausage options for breakfast. Hot tub was broken because it would randomly turn on and off on it's own. I was there for three days and though the lady cleaned my room she would not vacuum the room which is disappointing. 」
