"Easy to find and only 5 mins from Sandbanks by car. Our RV was in good condition but the queen-sized mattress is due for replacement. The interior was very clean and stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. There was only one condiment, salt. We didn't use the stove or oven because the propane bbq provided had a side burner and worked like a charm. Don't expect much privacy as the units are close together and far from soundproof. "Very clean. Upon booking, I informed them that I am extremely allergic to cats and dogs, so I was concerned as it is a pet friendly hotel. They offered me a room on the third floor, as the don't generally rent this floor out to people with pets. I am extremely pleased to have had no issues. Although some folks may complain that the bathroom is small, we prefer to be grateful that it is at least clean. We appreciated our stay at this hotel."
