「If i could give 0 stars i would. I booked this hotel for my bachellorette and even paid an extra night so we wouldnt have to wait after my 11pm-6am flight. My friends and i get there, i tell them my booking, and they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. The lady at the front desk was extremely blunt with me and did not provide any assistance or sympathy. She continued to essentially blame it on me for booking it through expedia like it was my fault. 「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「Great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites. Went fur a bachelorette trip and was extremely impressed with this hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor in a very clean, large room. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had ample storage. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a few walking blocks to Broadway. Would certainly recommend. Great value. Stay on the 15th floor, if possible— extra amenities are a nice touch. 」
