"The food was amazing."

"Amazing property, excellent service, good food and friendly staff"

"It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic."

"Food was fantastic, staff was great, pool was awesome, just needs some money thrown into the property/buildings. Just a little run down but so mich potential "

"Amazing view, spacious condo, great location, a few minutes walk to the pools and beach. Not many services around the condo except for a pharmacy and corner grocery store. Mega and La Comer stores are only a 5 minute drive. Restaurant on site serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Helpful concierge and staff. Minor issue but worth noting is that the unit could use some maintenance - fixing door handles, appliances etc. Washer and dryer was great to have though. Recommend you bring...

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"I definitely recommend this property for families. I spend 4 days whit my family and have one of the best times. we like that was safe, quiet and the property personal was very friendly. "

"The place is definitely over my expectation, wonderful swimming area, amazing view and much more, the condo is very good, nice kitchen and nice bed, overall, very very good"

"The place is beautiful. Service is fantastic, the view is breathtaking."

"The pool and beach were amazing. The room was nice. The view is awesome. But too much construction. Way too noisy!! All day long there was drilling non stop"
