「We stayed here last year and had a nice experience so we returned this year. Last year it was much less busy and much more quiet. This year it was almost crowded. That was fine, but the problem was the loud music going to 11pm in the courtyard that our balcony and sliding door opened onto. I wanted to have the door open so we could sleep with fresh air and the sound of the ocean, but with the loud music and then the crowds continuing to party, I had to wait until the middle of the night. 「To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. 「Amazing view, spacious condo, great location, a few minutes walk to the pools and beach. Not many services around the condo except for a pharmacy and corner grocery store. Mega and La Comer stores are only a 5 minute drive. Restaurant on site serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Helpful concierge and staff.
