「Clean room. Friendly staff. Close to a lot of amenities 」

「This property is across from the transit center. It's loud and feels a bit unsafe on the street outside. The hallways are pretty beat up, rooms have been redone but I had a couple of large bugs in my room, hair in the shower and the smoke detector light brightly flashing all night long. Honestly, it was rough. I think the staff was doing their best. They were friendly and open to helping.」

「The hotel was adequate but understaffed and no restaurant/breakfast on site. Upon checking in the fee for a pet was triple the posted rate on Expedia (which was unexpected). Upon arriving to our two room suite, one of the air conditioners was not working - no maintenance on site and no other rooms available. I was told I would be contacted by the manager however no follow up ever occurred. I would recommend looking at other nearby properties before booking this one.」
