「The room had a tub that was disgusting. Instead of resolving the staff commented the housekeeping was gone for the day and it was probably the "pipes". Service - we were 9 minutes early for dinner on the Castle and they refused to seat us so we stood there until 6:30. There were plenty of empty tables! Our server was gone most of the meal and I had to get another server to find her. Front desk personnel were dismissive and rude. Not a good overall experience and I would no lat recommend this...
