「The hotel was very nice the upgrades are all very nice. At reception we were greeted by a friendly agent who asked if we had a floor preference on floor. The casino was very clean and you don’t find a happy hour in a Casino very often. The restaurants we ate in were great and lots of choices at the buffet. We will be back!」

「The 3 only problem i had with this hotel is when I call to let them know, late arrival, phone kept ringing prolong time and finally someone pick up. Then, telling him of my late arrival he hung up on me. Second problem, got there late and nobody was there to assist us, me and my friend until 20 minutes later. Third problem. The staff housecleaning lady had an attitude towards my friend, Telling him he can't take any food up to the room, when it was for me because I was too sick to come down to...

「Breakfast area is same as pool area with only 1 hour of swim time with out the breakfast crowd before checkout. The cost higher for a poolside room but the check ins and out times make it really hard to have a 1 night stay, enjoy the pool, hot tub. Also no vehicle shuttle to the amphitheater. Super disappointing! A bicycle cart ride was available but it was 97 degrees out. Staff was very nice.」

「Fun time with extended family. Rented a pontoon and took advantage of the free water and land sports (kayaks, paddleboards, beach volleyball). Fun S'mores in the evening. Poolside food excellent.」

「Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. It was fairly loud given there were a number of middle to high school sports teams there but that isn't unexpected for a hotel with a waterpark, just be aware when you book! Breakfast was good.」
