「I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...

「The room smelled like old mildew basement smell. The pillows smelled like mildew. Towel racks were coming out of the wall. The toliet keep moving it was not bolted down properly. There were no comfy blankets to use just a thin worn out blanket that smelled. Tv cable and remote didnt work right. The rooms had pillows with stains all over them. There was people hanging out all around the parking lot that did not belong there. We did not feel safe at all. I would never recommend anyone stay...

「Easy to drive to the lake, adequate breakfast to fuel the day. Our room said it would sleep 6 when I reserved. When we got there it was a king and foldout sofa. We were a party of 5. Requested a rollaway, but it never appeared. We put one of the kids on a pallet on the floor.」

「This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. 」
