I did not stay at this property because the room was unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon arrival, the room was not clean, had a strong, unpleasant odor, and showed clear signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The overall condition made it impossible to remain in the room, and I had to leave immediately and book alternate accommodations the same night. The mini refrigerator was completely disgusting and visibly unclean, and the walls had missing and peeling paint, which made the room feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. The bathroom and other amenities were also not properly cleaned. The condition of the room did not meet even basic standards. This caused significant inconvenience after travel, and the situation was made worse by poor management and a complete lack of customer service, requiring repeated follow-ups to address an issue that should never have occurred. Properties in this condition should not be operating or charging guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even a pet.

The employee working in the office at check in was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, everything was in working order. Price was excellent!!!

What I would call a dump. Old motel. Surprised it's on Expedia. Peeling paint, gouges in walls, coffee maker didn't work, draperies broken, old, tired decor. The pros I can think of are that there were little bottles of product, although the shampoo was half gone. Towels soft, spacious room, fridge worked. Didn’t try microwave. No overnight staff, wouldn't be safe for a single woman. Checkin staff pleasant. But I cannot recommend this place ... wouldn't wait to leave.

I booked 3 nights at Eastwood Inn. They had unusual office hours so I had to pay over the phone. The walls of the room looked unfinished with plaster marks, the air conditioning and window looked like they were put in blindfolded, and the carpets had crumbs all over. The toilet had dead bugs floating around and the main window curtain could not close fully due to it being broken. The front door looked like it had been busted in a couple times and the lock was removed and redone horribly resulting in a circular gap. Staying meant people could easily look in through the door or the window. It was too late to get ahold of the office staff so I booked a different hotel 30 minutes away. Expedia got ahold of Eastwood to cancel my two remaining nights and was told I’d only get 1 night refunded by the office staff. I was able to get ahold of the owner and refunded two nights. I would not recommend staying here.

Too much for too little

No hot water barely got warm. Fridge made some weird and annoying noise. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bed actually vibrated a couple times when train went by. It's more of a $50 night place not over $80.

Very poor condition. Don't lock anything in your room in the morning and try to get back in. The office is closed, and you are on your own. The only positive thing about the place was that it was clean. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, and sheetrock in disrepair, the doorknob came off the bathroom door, and two shower towels, no one there to get more.

Most of it wasn’t their fault. Road construction made it impossible to get to. We could see it but road conditions completely torn up. Also no hot water. Noisy road construction. Also restaurant was closed probably because of construction

Our doors did not lock correctly and had to fight to latch it every time. Air conditioning barely did anything to really cool the room and the toilet didnt flush properly. Floors were sticky and beds were so week one could feel each individual spring. Staff was ok

Dirty, air condition in the wall 2 inches off the floor, office unkept, unsafe bathtub. The blinds were very diry in bathroom and small back window. Stained sheet on one of the beds. The floor felt dirty when you went barefoot. The heat register in bathroom was disgusting, very dirty.
