「Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. When I took a shower, the water was cold about 35c, 95F. I booked this hotel hoping to swim as the website shows that there...

「The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!」

「We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.」

「Very clean property, the room was clean you will be greeted by welcome you on tv screen and the had good breakfast for only $10 dollars I recommend this property to everyone」

「The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful.」

「We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice」

「This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!」

「It was perfect! The house was close to the family that we were visiting. We were able to all stay together rather than getting 3 different hotel rooms!」
