Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"We had a great stay at The Shores; loved the grill and pool area and the neighborhood. Our unit was a studio, which we expected and were fine with. What we did not expect was the not so subtle reminders that guests renting studios were not the target audience of the management company. The welcome letter is not really welcoming… more a list of how to avoid pest infestations and in our case, to prepare for having no WiFi for two weeks.
