「The hotel is closed, with the sign removed, the doors padlocked, and dogs and chickens wandering around outside. I had to call the cab that had just dropped me off late in the afternoon to come get me and take me to another hotel. I got numerous emails from the hotel welcoming me even that day, with shuttle information etc.
Without daily maintenance the place is looking forlorn and a bit spooky. I read some reviews afterwards on another website that also mentioned it was closed, or a...

「The only thing okay about this place was the AC. The staff was super nice but we didn’t like the place in general. There were way too many bugs, frogs and ants (even on our beds). The bathtub was dirty. The photos of swimming pool of this property on the internet are years old. It is a dirty pond now. There was no shampoo or shower gel (which is fine for the price you pay) but really spooky and untidy place. Fine for emergencies or just to sleep for a night.」

「The house was in a great location, super close to the beach. The property outdoors was so beautiful. The house itself was great and had everything you need for a good stay. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress. It was too hard. I would recommend this to any family or group of friends traveling together. The lady who loves on the property was also super helpful and nice. The hosts were also very good at responding to any questions or needs we had.」
