「This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! 」

「We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints! It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald 」

「Nous avons passé seulement une nuitée, mais nous avons apprécié l’hôtel (la chambre était très bien, équipée correctement, très confortable et propre). Le personnel de l’hôtel (réception, bar et petit-déjeuner) nous a très bien accueilli et nous lui remercions. Notre première visite, mais sans doute pas la dernière.」

「我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。」

「Historic wooden hotel that's on UNESCO list. I loved seeing how people lived, even though it meant going to third floor on an old wooden staircase. The rooms are so interesting, with a side room with a third bed reachable by a secret staircase. The food cooked at the restaurant was so good, traditional Swiss food. Very friendly staff, dressed in traditional folklore dresses.」
