The Hotel was extremely well located. Staff was outstanding, rooms basic but very comfortable anr clean. A very good location, however keep in mind it is a very busy location and not ideal for quiet and peaceful sleep.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, no need for a car as a tram stop is in front of the hotel. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Check in/out was quick and efficient. They don’t have a parking garage but there is a public one for 35 francs for the whole day about 1.5 blocks away. No complaints. Will stay there again

Fantastic location near the ttain station, the Old Town, and public transit, with some great restaurants nearby as well. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and cozy, excellent continental breakfast buffet, and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel was excellent. We had a family room with private bath. They included portable fans, which was really nice during a heat wave. Hotel was right next to a tram stop, so very easy to get around.
